Welcome to my new page! This is the blog section, and here is where I want to share with you much more than just a simple post. Today I want to start with this recipe: Banana and Oat Pancakes, or Hot Cakes, however you prefer to call them!

The number of pancakes depends on the size, I usually get about 10. If you're not going to eat them all at once, you can do like I do and save some in the freezer, ready to defrost and eat another day.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 cups of oats
2 eggs
1 cup of milk (can be plant-based)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5ml)
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (2.5ml)
1 teaspoon of baking powder (5ml)
Sugar (to taste, I don't use any)
Butter or oil
Preparation:
First, blend the milk, sliced bananas, and eggs in a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
Once the mixture is ready, grease the pan with butter or oil, pour the needed amount for one pancake, and cook on low heat. While it's cooking, you can add some walnuts, almonds, raisins, or granola on the uncooked side. When it naturally slides when moved, it’s time to flip it.
Tip:
Before eating, you can add some fruits on top, it tastes amazing! I love it with blueberries and strawberries. And if you're not vegan, you can also add honey, dulce de leche, or cream.
I hope you liked it ♥
